Alright so this one might take a little time and a small venture outside, but should be worth it. So basically what you're going to want to do is gather up as many of those magazine subscription cards as you can. Try any current or old issues you might have, going into bookstores and getting the subscription cards that way, or looking in the magazine aisle at the supermarket. Doesn't matter what magazines they are, but extra bonus points if it has to do with gays or muslims. Next what you do is fill out the information on the card. Use all the information provided in the info thread, with the exception of the name, you can be as creative as you like with that one (i.e. something like Dick Reamer). Next you check the "Bill Me Later" option on the card and stick that shit in the mail. Since 99% of the time they're already postage paid, you don't need to worry about blowing money on stamps. Mailing in a public mailbox possibly in the next town over is recommended.

Are there such things that land you on the no fly list? I think that is the duty of the State Department to determine, and hell knows what their parameters are...

I subscribe to Thrasher, so that is definitely doable. Being that WBC pretty much hates everything outside of their own organization, rustling their jimmies shouldn't be too daunting of a task. Supermarket beauty magazines would probably stick in their craws just as much as skate mags, shit like Allure and Cosmo and whatnot. More people need to be recruited for maximum effectiveness though, the more the merrier.
